
ROSÉ 2008 EN BLANC ET NOIR. VARIETAL: Marselan 72%, Merlot 28%. ALC: 14.8%.
COLOUR: bright pink, high viscosity. NOSE: Lush, meaty aroma and multilayer of flavours: crushed elderberry, dark cherry and black tea, fresh tobacco and dried flowers. Nice play with French oak. MOUTH: An almost decadent palate. Thick texture, full to medium-bodied, with superfine tannins and long, caressing finish. SERVICE AND FOOD PAIRING: Ideal companion of seafood or fish à la Mediteraneen, pasta with tomato based sauces, very good with veal à la Milanese, rabbit à la Provencale. Cheeses – semisoft to hard.
